General terms and conditions

The catalogue prices and offer prices are net prices and do not include the statutory value added tax. The laboratory discount is already included in the prices.
The offers of Zingsheim / Müller GbR (Ziro-Dent) are subject to alteration and are non-binding for subsequent orders. The delivered goods shall remain the property of Zingsheim / Müller Gbr until full and final payment.
We grant the statutory warranty on second-hand equipment for three months as and from transfer of ownership. Any warranty is excluded in case of improper use, intervention by third parties and insofar as the defect can be attributed to normal wear and tear. We cannot undertake any warranty for electronic components such as heating coils and light modules.
Our warranty shall not be valid in case of improper use and insofar as the defect can be attributed to normal wear and tear. Our warranty shall become invalid in case of interventions by third parties.
Medicinal products and pharmaceutical products are excluded from replacement according to the drug product law.
The property right shall also extend to third parties. Checks and bills of exchange shall not be considered as payment, but only their full and final redemption. In case of seizure, the customer must expressly refer to the right of reservation of property rights and inform Ziro-Dent immediately.
Interest on arrears shall be calculated at a level of 5 % above the respective discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
The place of performance for all services derived from delivery contracts shall be the head office of Zingsheim / Müller GbR (Ziro-Dent).
