Biofilm Removal

Our professional biofilm removal is aimed specifically at dental practices where bacterial contamination of the water-bearing systems has been detected - e.g. following a conspicuous laboratory analysis of the water sample. Biofilms consist of microbiological deposits that settle in the hoses and pipes of the treatment units and can form a reservoir for harmful germs such as legionella or pseudomonads. These cannot usually be completely removed using conventional cleaning methods. We use specially developed processes and cleaning agents to effectively and sustainably remove existing biofilms from the water-bearing systems of your treatment units. The aim is to restore hygienic conditions and comply with legal requirements for water quality in your practice.

Scope of services:
- Targeted cleaning of the water-bearing systems in treatment units
- Removal of microbiological biofilms & deposits
- Application of tested, practice-approved cleaning procedures
- Documentation and follow-up (optional)

Protect your patients and your practice team through consistent water hygiene - we support you in this.
