The basis for sintering temperatures up to 1,530 °C are two silicon carbide heating elements; they are resistant and do not discolor your sintered material. The cylindrical combustion chamber is made of
closed at the bottom via the vibration-free lift. All components of the combustion chamber are made of high-purity materials and ensure a clean atmosphere
a very homogeneous temperature distribution. The temperature is controlled by a patent-pending, self-developed platinum/platinum-rhodium thermocouple. Sintered objects with a maximum diameter of 65 mm can be placed on the patented insulating table and optionally sintered on two levels at the same time - with or without sinter beads. The proven, now significantly expanded AutoDry system allows precise drying on the one hand and, on the other hand, supports very fast and targeted heating and cooling, which significantly shortens sintering times.
