Vacuum-based thermoforming unit, specially developed for the production of aligner splints.
Up to 9 aligners can be deep-drawn simultaneously in just one operation.
The V9.2 works with the well-known Biolon foils (dimensions 354 x 354 mm) in the layer thicknesses of 0.5 mm
thicknesses of 0.5 mm, 0.625 mm, 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm.
The advantages of the Vacfomat V9.2 compared to a unit that produces only one blank per thermoforming process are obvious:
