- The extraction system consists of a powerful, very quiet extraction fan. Combined with a large-volume paper filter bag with a dust holding capacity of approx. 10 kg and a downstream ultra-fine filter. This catches 99.98 % of even micro-fine dust with a grain size of 0.5 μ.
- The air volume flow is regulated automatically. The air volume at the suction funnel is always the same, regardless of the degree of contamination of the filter medium. The electronic control system recognises a rotating handpiece in a fraction of a second and immediately starts the extraction process. The extraction system performs a self-test at certain time intervals, while at the same time the air ducts are vacuumed free.
- The level of the air flow volume is adjustable depending on the type of capture device used (suction mouth) and its associated air volume and can be read on the display.
- The volume flow control device not only monitors the air volume flow, but also the degree of soiling of the pre-filter and ultra-fine filter. The condition of the filter components and any drop in the extracted air flow volume at the detection device (extraction mouth) below the specified minimum value is indicated visually and acoustically. If the air flow volume falls below the minimum value, all dust generators connected to the extraction system are switched off.
