The D-LE 255 SD/SDB is designed for one to two extraction points.
It is equipped with an automatic switch-on and air volume control of the latest electronic design and is therefore ideally suited for use in work preparation areas.

Air flow control unit
The air volume flow is controlled automatically. The air volume at the suction funnel is always the same, regardless of the degree of contamination of the filter medium.
The electronic control system recognises a rotating handpiece in a fraction of a second and immediately starts the extraction process. The extraction system carries out a self-test at certain time intervals, while at the same time the air ducts are sucked free.
The level of the air flow volume can be adjusted depending on the type of capture device used (suction mouth) and its associated air volume and can be read off the display.
Suction unit
The extraction system consists of a powerful, very low-noise extraction fan combined with a large-volume paper filter bag with approx. 10 kg
dust holding capacity and a downstream ultra-fine filter. This captures 99.98 % of even micro-fine dust with a grain size of 0.5 μ.
This is significantly lower than the pass-through value of less than 0.1 % required by the employers' liability insurance association.
