- In the exhaust chimney, the gases and vapors sucked in are heated to approx. 600 °C and passed through the catalytic converter.
- Organic components are broken down into carbon dioxide and water. Non-fissile components escape unhindered.
- With the controllers B400 - P480, the catalytic converter can be switched depending on the program (not on models L(T) 15.., L 1/12, LE 1/11, LE 2/11).*
- Catalyst for cleaning organic components of exhaust air.
- The organic components are burned catalytically at around 600 °C, i.e. split into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
- Odor nuisances are therefore largely eliminated.
