The 6th generation of the BIOSTAR® unit is now equipped with a scanner. A corresponding barcode containing all relevant data for correct heating and cooling of the thermoforming material is printed on each SCHEU sheet and is automatically detected by the new BIOSTAR® unit. In combination with the fast heating of the radiator (approx. 1 second), thermoforming processes cannot be faster and more process-safe than in the new BIOSTAR.D
